These are typically 1 or 2 day Service Leadership Workshops, deeply customized for your organization, educating leaders on how to engineer their organization culture, while sharing relevant best practices from leading service organizations inside and outside your industry. 

The number of participants may vary from a small group (12-30) your senior most leaders, or may expand to include a large leadership and senior management group, depending upon your current concerns and culture-building objectives
